Using the NAKA Card for payments feels familiar, just like using any standard debit or credit card. You can complete chip transactions by entering your PIN and make contactless NFC payments too.
However, NAKA included two unique safety features for withdrawals and contactless payments.
For contactless payments, you’ll need to tap the Card twice — first to set up the payment terms and second to confirm the transaction.
This ensures accuracy and security, protecting against unauthorized use or potential exploits from portable POS systems.
For direct withdrawals from the app, you will have to wait an hour and then return to confirm the transfer. This is to prevent both honest mistakes and limit exposure to unauthorized use of your devices.
We provide some POL for blockchain transactions to get you started, whether you import an outside wallet or not. Consider it a welcome gift.
When your service token is low, you’ll receive a notification. The service wallet handles POL on Polygon exclusively, and you will need to top it up through the account settings in the app. The spending wallet will display your own POL as well, if it’s available in your imported wallet.
